All products will normally ship within 1-5 DAYS of purchase otherwise specified. Before placing your order please make sure that your shipping address is both valid and spelled correctly. Shipments are processed automatically and these details cannot be altered following point of sale

Refund & RETURN Policy

Refunds are only available for defective products. If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us HERE within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the defective product.

Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund promptly.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact) within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us HERE with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange.

Additional Notes

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are only issued for defective items and will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide a store credit or discuss alternative options.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with discounts are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We disclaim responsibility for changes and undelivered parcels arising from incorrect or insufficient addresses, the absence of a mailbox, address relocation, inaccessibility, or unavailability of the receiver. Additionally, we are not liable for theft or damage resulting from inaccuracies in the shipping address, release of a parcel, or delivery to an unattended address. No replacements or refunds will be provided for stolen or damaged goods once they have been delivered. Similarly, we do not offer replacements or refunds for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned parcels.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace on a CASE BY CASE BASIS for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vintagerapteesus@gmail.com

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
